The team that's bottom at Christmas is always relegated FACT.
So West Brom WILL be relegated.
Crystal Palace were promoted in 93/4, and relegated in 94/5. Promoted in 96/7. And relegated in 97/8. Promoted in 03/04. So as night follows day in 04/05..............
