This box is less that 6 months old...

Ever since I've had it, the remote has been a bit temperamental. I push the buttons and the red light on the remote lights up, but occasionally the box won't pick it up... I'll press loads of buttons and about 10 minutes later the box will finally register and change channel about 20 times.
