I have to agree re the right wing situation

As someone who is always ultra critical of our managers I am struggling to find too much wrong with what glen has done so far other than I have slight concerns at his current "worthyesque" penchant for playing without a right winger. Neither Russell or Smith are very effective there and with the former we misss his energy in the middle when he plays out there. At home at least i think Crofty needs to get more starts.

Having said that Croft is always better when coming on as a sub so maybe he just doesn't fancy Croft and is lining up a replacement right winger for us in january.
