In a nutshell...

...the fence has been there some years; he now wants to say that that means the land it's on is wholly his. But the deeds say different and he has said different - in writing - himself in the last year. We're responsible for maintaining the boundary. Basically I want his fence off my land - I can then erect a boundary fence and be done with it.
