Anyone on this board...

...looked into the awful business of 'professional on hold music/speech? Just met a chap from Premier Business Audio and my boat is not, to say the least, floating...it has sunk...

Anyone come across any good people?..

Another idea I'm thinking of is to choose the music and voice person myself, but not sure where to record and mix the bastard even if it's a decent idea...and I have other doubts too, but I'll not bore you all - for once- with them, erm, for now...
