I appreciate your points. I would still say Grant will go down as one of the worst post-war managers in City history.

I would agree that he had awful luck with Injuries; however, since he left, the mood change at Colney speaks volumes about his man-management (in)ability.

I met Grant once, and he was a truely nice guy, just not ready to be a manager.
