Yes, and many of the rich would die young from

drugs overdoses, alcoholism-related illnesses, heart-attacks, etc, so we'd save on pensions too! Fantastic.

It also opens up the possibility of career opportunities later in the careers of those less talented. Just earn a modest wage, be patient and discplined and by the time you are 35 you are bound to have a chance when your boss dies, and it will be pretty much plain sailing from then on!

Those who don't die will no doubt retire early to enjoy what they have spent before the bastard government gets their hands on it. Not sure about what it would do for the quality of senior management, but hey ho.
