ask yourself this

matey is a self made guy - if he takes on the debt , he obviously wants the return on it , should youy guys not make the Premier League soon , how does he reclaim said debt amount -
asset stripping - and as you do not own your ground then what else can he use to get his money - sell your players , make people redundant or shut you down !!!!
