I'd discount the third on the grounds that people have actually met the Real Peter Kirby. So unless HE was Colney Gaz as well, then that doesn't hold.

So maybe it *is* the second, and PK and IED are actually geniuses! (Or at least not licking the shortbus windows like we all thought).
