They are unsigned.

It's called mobileAct unsigned not mobileAct unestablished.

They were voted off by the judges and back in by the public - convenient for them to get back on the show, yes, but you imply it's sinister somehow?

They were eliminated by the judges for 'not wanting it enough' rather than not being good enough which seemed unfair to me anyway.
