What do we have to offer to those outside Norfolk

Presumably you include ex-pats as Norfolk people... People outside Norfolk can't even point to Norwich on a UK map. We are not glamorous, nor have we ever been. We find it difficult to attract players for the same reasons. Companies like Norwich Union are not interested. Just look at the lack of investors and ask yourself why. An investor looks for a reasonable return from his money, on a regular basis. A benefactor doesn't, but how many of those are floating around looking for Norwich on the map?
