They don't have the balls to take responsibility

they just want to ship the ball on as quick as possible and pass the buck to someone else.

The thing that really pisses me off is that Shackell already had a 2 year contract and just after we sacked grant the board took it upon themselves to give him a further year on his contract to try and deflect a bit of attention away from the grant saga. I honestly think he will end up like Henderson struggling to get in a team like Northampton in the lower leagues and my prediction is Shackell, Henderson, Ry Jarvis and Ro Jarvis will all he playing for Kings Lynn within 3 years. They are all very lucky to be playing pro football in my opinion.
