isn't he a bit of a dictator though?

Seems to me he dunt suffer fools gladly and rules by the iron fist? As far as our national gaggle of overpaid primadonnas is concerned it would be great when your squad of players is uder your direct command week in week out but a bit of a culture shock when they only meet up every other month? One thing is for sure is that he builds his teams on defence, god knows England need to sort that out. Not sure if he is going to be a monster success but, here's hoping.
