Yep. Click the little cross to remove it from Azureus.

"Seeding" means you're allowing it to be uploaded to others.

Remove it from Azureus, and then close down Azureus (careful - if you click the cross at the top-right of the window it might still be running in the system tray (the little thing with the clock in the bottom right of the screen) - if there's an Azureus icon in the system try, right click and select "Exit" or "Close" whatever it is).

You should then be able to do stuff with it in windows, like add it to iTunes.

If you still can't then you might have downloaded a pup and your computer is full of viruses, that'll larn yer for using a pubic tracker, bor.
