Suggy, I get the same attitude from the assistants in the Orange shop. I don't

tell them that I was in charge of designing and rolling the bloody project out that they are talking down to me about (well, to the wife since I don't have to buy it) . Just wait until we pay, and show them my Orange ID for the 40% discount and watch the spott c**t squirm.

So, they do it with everyone.
