Well, depends. Surely we wouldn't sell him for less than

cost + 50% profit - 1.5m, but if he keeps playing the way he has and hold onto him we may get a wedge in a year or two especially given the way Goalkeeper prices are rising (9m for Gordon, rumoured 10m for Carson).

Remember, it really doesn't seem to be about how solid your all-round game is for a Premiership move - it seems more about having a few games where you keep your team in it, and with spectacular saves. Marshall seems to be doing the latter, which is far more transfer-worthy
