watched it a long time ago but from memory:

The flash of Claire running to Peter didn't even happen.
Why doesn't just Peter fly off instead of relying on his brother? (I mean, he can steal powers remember?)
Why does Hiro spend hours training to use the sword then simply run up from behind to stab Sylar?
Peter could become invisible and walk up to Sylar and stab him in the head without him even knowing!
