I came up to the match early yesterday from London and had a walk around the City before the game. I'd always loved Norwich as a place but have to say, last night I was so impressed with the City. The lights all over the market area, the ice rink, the decorations everywhere, even the super modern Forum (which I've never seen) didn't look too far out of place in a medieval city. The cathedral beautifully lit up. Even approaching the stadium with it's modern buildings surrounding it, it looked great and you could see it from distance (something many grounds don't have)
All of this makes me wonder why I so often hear that a player wouldn't want to sign for Norwich because it's such a boring city. I would take a pay cut to live in Norwich rather than Wolverhampton for example.
