In my opinion all clubs with financial difficulties should be deducted 10 points

Coventry have planned for administration to speed up a takeover process, according to the papers this morning Cardiff could be going out of business very soon and Ipswich have always been skint and in administration before.

If it can be proven that the finances are in such trouble that a takeover is the only option, I still belive the points should be deducted.
