60g cocoa
60g wholemeal flour
1 tbsp baking powder
Non-sugar sweetener equivalent of 180g sugar
2 eggs
4 fl. oz. milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tin kidney beans
some toasted pecans
50g melted margerine
Whizz the kidney beans in a blander until coarse, add the milk, eggs, vanilla extract and marg and whixx in blender until completely smooth.
Mix together all the dry ingredients (apart from the pecans) and then mix with the blended wet mixture. Slop into a baking tin and top with the pecans.
180 degrees C for 18-20 mins.
Bloody marvelous, and packed full of fibre.
