Agree totally with your solution

we need 3 midfielders who can tackle. What we don't need is a pacy non-tackling winger-type player on the right. With Deano, Hucks, Leon & (at present) Francis we don't need any more goalscoring threats on the pitch. We need people who can help out the defence sometimes (apart from Safri no-one did much of that last year)
