I don't care

If I wore a padded jacket on a hot day, and when told by armed police to stop I legged it onto a packed train I'd expect to get shot. If I acted like a rational citizen I wouldn't be shot. I'd rather police shot 12 suspected (with good reason) suicide bombers than three more 7th Julys.
