If not, then he should have been able to understand the gist of what they were saying. Also, it's bollocks about London arrogance and it being the only place that could cope with it, i've not heard one sensible person say that. London is full of t**ts don't get me wrong, but sitting at your PC having a go at people is pretty pathetic.
