I don't doubt Grant's enthusiasm for one minute...

it's how you handle the pampered little lambs at the end of the day. Everybody has a different man-management style, but if the players respect your style and vision, rather than thinking that you're just a shouty clueless c**t, then they will perform.

There was pride and passion in abundence yesterday. Playing football the way it's meant to be played. Even Rusty looked f**king interested for a change. The lads were up for it. That's down to Roeder's TLC. Long may it continue.
