I'll tell you something if i was a person who has to commute regularly .......

to London i would be much more happier if i knew the police were operating a shoot to kill, ask questions later policy when dealing with suspected suicide bombers than i would if they were operating a ask questions first, shoot later policy. I bet if you ask commuters to London which makes them feel safer they will chose the fomer option. The latter would have me buying a moterbike or cycling around London rather than using the tube.
