what i mean is

a state where the police make the rules instead of enforce them since when is it fair game to shoot a man who from what i have read virtually had him under arrest
If he was a suicide bomber you would have thought they would have warned people to get clear of that person that was not the case as far as i am aware
someone got trigger happy why five shots the head one should have been enough two max
too me this was police murder
