Yes there should be an inquiry and an apology has already been issued

It's part of the democracy that we're defending against terrorists (according to Blair anyway) - actions should be accountable. Or you'd rather we just turned the running of the country over to the police and never question them? If you care anything for the innocents who died a week last Thursday then you must also care about what happened to Friday's innocent victim.
