It is very unlikely that i will ever need it and..............

i know it is there to serve a purpose and it is good that is there to protect good citizens. What i do'nt agree with is the fact it is there to protect criminals. The Human Rights Act should not apply to convicted criminals they have in my opinion surrendered their human rights when they perpetrate a crime.
