What I mean about these days is it's massive to get into the champs league, and even just qualifying is 10m, and eveton bought 3 players with it, and it ultimately made them stronger as that money was spent (not that season but they've come back again with that backing)

If another team every other season could get in (like spurs should have done without being poisoned), it would have made the prem better

Instead with all the big money just going to mafia liverpool chelsea and arsenal, it's making the prem very much average with nothing much else to shout about
