I think we saw a glimpse of what would have followed if we took the game to them

at 2-2 we had it in us to finish them off. They'd had the lions share, they were 2 up, and we got back at them for 2-2. They were there for the kill, and we let them lick their wounds and have a second wind

Suicide football, and I have a feeling no matter when England would have equalised or took the lead, they'd have sat back everytime, like they have done since I can remember (Euro 2004 was probably the worst I've ever seen England do that, France and Portugal games)
