the guy who was shot (word overload warning)

he may not have been directly linked to thurs bombings but he was under surveillance because he was a suspected terrorist. he was followed and something clearly happened that made the police identify themselves. who knows what this was but police trailing somenone do not reveal themselves without good reason. when they confronted him he ran. therefore they assumed he was dangerous in some way so chased him. he ran into a station and onto a train. the police still believed he was a terrorist (just because he wasnt involved on thurs - he was under surveillance because he was a supsected terrorist). therefore when he did not comply on the train when any innocent person would have, they had no choice but to put the trains safety first and shoot him before he had a chance to blow up 50 people. sounds far enough to me.
a few facts:-
1. he was not a faredodger but potentially much more serious.
2. he was under suspicion of being a terrorist
3. something happened to make the police reveal themselves
4. he ran when confronted
5. he ran onto a train the day after bombings. why there and not down the street?

IF he was innocent then he was very stupid and behaved in a way that led fully trained (top notch) police officers to believe he was a terrorist.
imagine the choice - shoot him or risk him blowing up 50 people.
simple choice
