Yes it is a tragedy, but the police have to respond decisively in this unfortunate environment we now find ourselves in. I aren't a Londoner so I don't pretend to know the thoughts and feelings of those people, like you, who have to travel through London every day, but I would guess peoplewould hope that the police respond decisively.

Tragedy yes, disgrace? I'm not so sure.
