anyone else officially not give a toss?

when you float a company that means you are always open to this kind of thing - it's part of the deal. if you don't want to be, hang on to more of your stock. if you raise more money by floating off enough to enable the glazers of this world to come sniffing, don't whine when they do - after all you were happy to take the money. that's the game you got into.

it's a bit like saying "well i want a tan so i'm not wearing any sunblock" then complaining when you get sunburnt.
