It was very distressing, actually

Was pretty young, late teens. Realised I'd missed an open goal with this gorgeous young laydee the previous week. Therefore delighted to see her at a house party in Yeovil. Less delighted to realise she had brand new boyf in tow. To make it worse she later confirmed she'd have "gone for it" on the prior occasion if I had, actually, made a move. The kind of thing that scars a young mind.
