it IS simple mate...........

get rid of the tossers who think they are better than they actually are, the lazy overpaid f**kwits who dont care about playing for the shirt, but only some s**tty appearence fee and get in some players that care.....

then create a competitive edge and players playing for a place in the team, rather than the same s**tty names first down on the team sheet come what may.....

create some passion, pride and install some f**king discipline.
