we have s**t players low on confidence and a fragile board. If we at home start on the

board and the team won't help. I know that's easy to say when we all have to put up with the consistant s**t we have had to over the last 3 years but i can't face the prospect of going down and anything we can do to stop that regardless of politics, regardless of personal feelings of the underachievement should be priority for us.
