The one thing that makes me think this wont happen...

A player such as ameobi.. who has been at one of the biggest clubs in the land all his career often have a huge arrogance about them... so A, would he give a f**k about getting us up the table, and B, would he even consider a loan spell with the club bottom of the second tier.
