what so we ask everyone who gets on a train

if they are muslim and if they say yes we search them.

Or we ask everyone with a beard and dark skin.

Or we implant all Muslims with a chip that goes off when they get near a train so we can identify them. If the technology isn't available we could just tatoo a number on their arm.

Hasn't that already been done somewhere before?
