But as we are on the subject I will embarrass you anyway... the figures you revert to are in fact the Metropolitan areas only and in Norwich's case if you include those areas, Thorpe, Taverham, Sprowston etc you will find the figure closer to 232,000 whereas the figure you have for Ipswich actually includes suburbs.
