It appears listening & reading

various interviews that yes Grant was a useless manager....mouthy & too complicated.
BUT I think it also appears he was a s**t hot coach & there lies your problem....we employed a brilliant coach with no experience of management and to make matters worse he surrounded himself with similar people ...Duffy & Gunn for f***ks sake!
