Can anyone tell me what

the significance of 87.5% is? Why not 90%, or 75%.
As I understand it Morley acquired 10% of ShIT FC for £2 million - which values it at £20 million. 87.5% for £12 million values it at just over £13.5 million.

What is it really worth?
