Yes in fact he is blubbing about being played at right back... Thinks he is better

as a centre back and finds it his fave position. Blubs about his treatment by PSV and Genk and infers that if he's not being in the 1st team and being bigged up by the boss then he loses confidence and drive. Suggests that whenever he plays a bad pass his head drops and it takes a while to get back in the game. Criticises PSV's transfer policy, etc, etc.

Basically it seems he needs his ego constantly polished.
