No you cannot blame anybody, you are being really selfish

It isn't every day that a new manager is appointed. You can't just stroll in and start glad-handing everybody when he's actually meeting them for the first time and trying sort all the s**t out.

It's nobody's fault, try looking at it from someone's else's point of view other than your own.
