So this is the plan?

Evans pays out £6 million or so for the scum's debt, and now they owe him £32 million. He puts in a further £12 million to take control of the club and hopes that will enable them to go up.
They go up and he uses the Premiership money to recoup the £32 million for an outlay of £18 million. And he still owns ShITFC.
But if they don't go up pronto he's going to want his £18 million back. Hmmm.
