So at Gillingham he was 36 years old, I presume in his first stint as manager learning the

ropes in an unforgiven league. At West Ham he may have been hospitalised on the 19th April, but could he have been unwell for sometime & not been aware or trying to work through illness? Ifs, buts, maybes right place right time, inexperienced, experienced who cares. The man has been appointed he is experienced at different levels & we need expeience & leadership, he can bring that to us.
