another thing about the West Ham relegation..

they got 42 points that season, the highest ever for a relegate dream since Prem was reduced to 20 teams.
Several managers, such as Moyes and Jewell (!) are apparently regarded as good managers despite staying up with LESS points!!!

Also, together Pardew and Curbishley almost got West Ham relegated last season despite having LOADS of money, and I suspect nearly everbody would have been THRILLED if we had got one of those two...
