I suppose it depends what you mean by "know"

Of course nobody KNOWS, in the sense of having empirical proof. No-one KNOWS whether we will be relegated or not.

But do you really think that in the absence of knowledge, no-one can possibly be entitled to have a view as to what they think is LIKELY to happen?
