we held assests i beleive but didn't own them

as msot were basically mortgaged to Barclays.
Therefore when they pulled the plug, they got our assests.
We had little to sell except players hence Newsome turning up to training to be told he had been sold and was leaving that day.

When we start pimping our players out for panic fire sales then i'll accept we are in as bad a position as we were then.
