if we stay in champ he will be poached by another club, if we go up next season he will leave because of stress, either way we're f**ked if he is manager.

Not because of Jewell or anything against, but because of the board, we need someone, perhaps not as appealing as Jewell but who will be here for a few years ideally. I know you can't guarantee that, but someone with that mindset
