Four new players at least

All down the spine of the team. Agree that Strihavka can still come good, and it's probably hard for him in a new country. But we desperately need two new centre mids, and a commanding centre back. I rate Croft and Chadwick, technically they're good players, and Hucks on his day is still our most creative player. I think pinning our hopes on young Jimmy Smith is a bit harsh on the lad, as being young he might be inconsistent. The rest of our midfield though is pretty dire.
